Departmental Resource Hubs
Independently created centralized marketing, print production and vendor resource boards containing brand assets, templates, production specifications, procedures and historical project documentation.
These resources gave team members and contractors easier access to reference materials, supporting more consistent project execution and reducing reliance on scattered files and individual knowledge.
Replaced a primarily email-based request process with a centralized system integrated into the company intranet.
Developed a four-stage workflow—New Requests, Approved, In Progress and Completed—with department-based project identification and automated notifications to keep requestors informed of project status.
The new process gave marketing leadership greater visibility into incoming work while giving other departments a more consistent, transparent request experience.
Developed structured campaign management workflows incorporating task assignments, dependencies, approval processes and performance reporting.
Collaborated with a technical consultant on advanced board development and automation, including proofing integrations and campaign dashboards.
Designed the system to improve coordination across campaign activities and provide a centralized view of project progress and performance.
